I am regulating windows 7 64 bit as well as upon a categorical screen, it has a unchanging toolbar. Well, we screwed it up as well as right away a toolbar is upon a top. How do we put it behind down upon a bottom?

Right click the taskbar on an empty portion, make sure the ‘lock the taskbar’ box is unchecked, drag to your desired location. Relock the taskbar when it is in your preferred location.
