How do you change key bindings in Windows 7?

I not long ago paid for a Sony Vaio with Windows 7. In sequence to shift a volume, we have to pull both Function as well as F3 or F4. This is unequivocally irritating to me, so we was wondering if there was a approach we could shift a pass bindings so which we would only need to pull a single symbol to carry out to volume, instead of dual buttons. Thanks!

    Hi,

With keyboard remapping you are able to change, disable, modify keyboard functions to make them act like other keys or assign hot-keys to replace keyboard combinations.

I used SharkKeys to disable the CAPS LOCK key, but there are many others that do the same thing. This utility also works for all versions of Microsoft Windows (7, Vista, XP, 2k, etc.). key mapping software modifies the Windows Registry, so be aware to back- up the (especially the first) mapping.

    Hope this helps!

You should have bought a Mac. They "just work".
