Is it possible to wipe my comp and upgrade to Windows 7 using someone's recovery discs?
My beloved only got a brand new mechanism with Windows 7. we am still (sadly) using perspective as well as we would unequivocally similar to to have 7. Is it probable for me to purify my mechanism purify (after a behind up, of course) as well as make use of his discs to get a Windows 7 OS? or am we starting to run in to registration issues?

Windows 7 can run without activation for 30 days. That should be enough to decide if you want to buy your own copy. Your boyfriend’s key will not work on your system unless your BIOS is identical – which is about as unlikely as having the same fingerprints.

Yes if you have Vista installed, you are able to do a clean installation of Windows 7. And, yes, always back up first! However, Windows 7 is only good for installation on one computer. In other words, you cannot install the same copy of Windows 7 that your boyfriend has on your computer. You will need to purchase your own version if you wish to use Windows 7 as your OS.
Hope this answers your question!
