What application is best to test my windows 7 computer for hardware errors?

I’m removing funny BSODs all over the place. we run Windows 7 idealisation x64. we have scanned for rootkits, virii, malware, as well as each alternative module hiccup with the good most programs as well as am assured my hardware is to blame. So the module which goes in to good abyss with this would be great!
