Whats the difference between windows 7 home premium and Starter to Home Premium Windows 7 Anytime Upgrade?
I’ve been seeking during upgrading to windows 7 though do not assimilate a disproportion in a 2 packages shown above, detached from a £30 in price, any recommendation about a make a difference would help. Thanks!

Pretty much in the name. Starter is a bare level version. It just gets you in the door like a base model car. Probably the average user will only need the starter edition but it does have some interesting limitations if you are a power user. But most users should get along just fine with Starter.

I think starter is only for netbooks in the U.S.

Starter version helps in avoiding dual installation in case of re installation of the OS.
Upgrade version only costs around two thirds of the price of the original version.
