Unfortunately, I must say that if set up properly and towards how I want it set-up, Linux Mint 8 Helena is a lot better than Windows, period. I still need to download debian packages for it so I can install WINE (which will load the .exe programs, meaning I can then start my Verizon Wireless internet service). PowerISO, game console emulators, the like. Linux 8 is still favored. As soon as I get done installing packages for it.

What were the actual bugs and issues between beta versions and release canidates? If you can tell me rea briefly.
Windows 7 seems so much more promising than Windows Vista…True stroy, I had XPS SP2 at the time and I tried an earlier beta for Windows Vista and it completely trashed my PC. I never touched Windows Vista again…I am/was a little mixed about Windows 7 , but with all the positive reviews and good feed back, hopefully my XP days are over
