Windows 7 Professional
Work finished has never been this easy with Windows 7 Professional. Everything from joining to the network printer to secure backups is handled. If it were any simpler they’d be job it play.

Laptops SMOKE for portability, convenience and ease of use. There’s little you can’t do with them. Now compare that with a big desktop PC, and you’re more confined. I use laptops on the go. But sure, the primary home PC is what I really like.

Depends how you look at it. Gaming Laptops like the Clevo X8100 and the Asus G73 series laptop are meant as desktop replacements. The only thing you’re doing without is a quality sound card, which can be rectified easily.
Case in point: i built a mammothly powerful Desktop 3 months ago that eats everything for breakfast, but before that I was using my ASUS G71GH-A2 laptop, and it was killing everything just as good. Easier, more convenient to hook up to big-screen, etc.

@TheUberDeity I hate Laptops! I will never buy a laptop if i dont need it! laptops have lower memory and if your a home user then yes I WOULD BUILD A FREAKING AMAZING TOWER! My point is if you travel alot and want your own computer to use in College or School Then buy a Mac or a PC laptop but if your a Home user and do work on your computer Then Buy a Normal Huge Tower PC that you can build your own ! You can take Laptops apart but its useless. Also i prefer PC’s for my gaming! Thank You

My tip? Next time build (or have someone build) yourself a custom made PC. Trust me, you can buy premium-level, top-shelf parts and create a kick-ass system for a lot less than a big-box company would sell you, and you won’t be forced to suffer their closed-ended software and hardware setups.
Case in point: Mac top-shelf Mac Pro costs $3799. You can build a 6-Core PC with triple the power for $2200 that will eat the Mac Pro’s soul.

@TheUberDeity Actually my BSOD’s from my Windows Vista were some hardware failures from HP! They said i had a Fake Motherboard -_-

@aetRene
As opposed to Snow Leopard, which offered literally no changes from Leopard, right? RIGHT???
Buying a Mac is like paying someone to take a nice big steaming shit on your chest.

@cardzone1000
First off dude, BSODs are there for a reason. You must have screwed something up somewhere down along the line. Installing a fresh OS means starting from scratch with a blank slate. If you don’t take care of your system, or make bad decisions, then the BSODs will come back.
As always, Google is your friend . There are tons of tutorials on how to fix literally every Windows problem within minutes. That’s how you learn.

Just get Home Premium, it has the same stuff except for XP mode. Just get Virtual PC for that.
August 29th, 2010 at 4:52 am
New Design, same shit
I prefer the original … MAC !
August 29th, 2010 at 4:52 am
I absolutely agree with Microsoft.
There’s no reason to buy a rubbish MAC.
Steve Jobs simply cannot stand the sheer awesomeness that Microsoft delivers. Shame on you MAC users, taste the unlimited power of Microsoft!

Kay, I’m ready for the PC Offense.
I love my MacBook Pro. Snow Leopard’s my favorite, and I’ll never go back to PCs as my main machine again. For what it’s worth, I’m a big photo and media guy. Macs kinda dominate that field.
BUT. I like Windows for certain things – Windows 7 is all-around shiny, Windows XP is just comically entertaining for how simple and familiar it is, and Vista has pretty sounds. See? There can be a happy medium. Right…?
August 29th, 2010 at 4:52 am
a relief from Vista
